The University of Wisconsin Compliance office needed to share important NCAA rules governing student athletes in a consistent format to all athletes, boosters, and volunteers.Solution
A directed Rich Media presentation was produced to ensure students understood current NCAA rules to protect their eligibility leaving face-to-face time for applied learningDistribution
The Rich Media presentation was shown during face-to-face orientation sessions with all 700 student athletes as well as reviewed on demand by individual sports’ teams. In addition, a presentation was forwarded for on demand viewing to boosters, and volunteers.End Results
This was the first time the athletes laughed and clapped at a Compliance session meeting. All athletes received exactly the same information and were able to view and review the important content with their team and individually as well.
